Customer care

 

  • We take the upmost care with each product so it is safe to wear.  If the required standard is not met, we will pay for the goods to be returned and will either rectify the problem or make a new item.

  • We can not take responsibility for damage in transit.

  • Prior to shipping we will send you a photo via electronic medium

  • We take payment through BACS or Paypal 

  • We use special delivery with track and trace.

Privacy & Safety

  • At the moment we are not accepting orders from abroad due to extra fees and paper work

  • We do not store any personal data.
